WARRANTY (RETURN AND REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT)
Sometimes a purchase just doesn’t work out — we understand 😉
That’s why you have 14 days to return or exchange a product (according to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”).
📦 Returns are only possible via Nova Poshta (branch No. 237, Kyiv). Delivery in this case is at the customer’s expense.
What’s important
The item must be in its original condition
- without signs of use;
- with packaging;
- with a receipt (purchase date — within 14 days).
Otherwise, the manager may refuse the return 🙈
❌ Cannot be returned
- used products or items without a receipt;
- products without packaging or with damaged packaging;
- disposable items, brushes, files, tools;
- nail polishes, gel polishes, products in aerosol cans;
- items on sale or promotion;
- gloves, hair and body care products (shampoos, creams, masks, scrubs, etc.).
📋 How to arrange a return?
- Message our manager
- Send the item via Nova Poshta (branch No. 237, Kyiv) at your own expense.
- Be sure to include the receipt and packaging.
- Provide the manager with the shipment tracking number.
🕒 What happens next?
We will inspect the item (sometimes an expert evaluation is required) and contact you within 3 days. Options:
- exchange for another item;
- refund to your card (Privat24);
- repair at the service center.
💡 All shipping costs in these cases are paid by the customer.
🛠️ TUFI Warranty
The warranty applies to:
- UV, LED, and CCFL lamps;
- nail drills and handpieces;
- dust collectors;
- paraffin baths;
- wax heaters.
🚫 When the warranty does not apply
- if the item was repaired by an unauthorized person;
- if there were drops or other physical damages;
- if there is no original packaging;
- if the dates in the warranty card were changed.
❌ The warranty also does not cover accessories, batteries, or consumable materials.
🔧 If something goes wrong
- Send the item via Nova Poshta → we will create a repair request.
- We perform diagnostics and inform you of the terms.
- If you agree — the equipment is sent for repair (14–30 days).
- Payment for repair — in cash or via Privat24.
- After the repair, we’ll notify you that everything is ready ✅
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
